At ITVA Essence, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund & Return Policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The return request is made within 3 days of delivery

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Note: Due to the nature of fragrance products (Attars), used or opened items are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items purchased under sale or discount (unless defective)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Share your order details and product images

  3. Our team will verify and approve your request

  4. Once approved, return instructions will be shared

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only after product inspection

  • Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

5. Replacement Policy

  • If the product is damaged or incorrect, we offer a free replacement

  • Replacement will be shipped after verification

6. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch only

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
